The meat and fish are grilled using the X-OVEN oven, a special oven that allows you to cook with charcoal (Indonesian and Argentinean) at various temperatures, ensuring that the product never comes into direct contact with the charcoal or flame. The meat is served rare or medium rare, to allow you to appreciate it at its best. Upon request, longer cooking times are also available, but this risks compromising its deliciousness.
