Years ago a chef from Liguria decided to let us taste his specialty.

It was love at first sight!

From that moment we decided to offer it to our guests as a main course or to share with an aperitif or a bottle of wine...

We offer it "plain", or with the "Pizzata" variant with the addition of tomato, anchovies, capers, oregano and garlic oil.

It is a thin layer of hand-rolled dough, filled with stracchino cheese and covered with a second layer of dough.

A few minutes in the oven at high temperature and the magic is complete!
