The menu, designed by Chef Davide, combines traditional dishes revisited in a modern key with innovative recipes, to satisfy both those seeking the old-fashioned flavors of the lake and those who want to be tempted by more particular flavors. The dishes can be accompanied by one of the many labels available in our cellar.

The dishes are prepared using, where possible, raw materials at km0: vegetables, fruit and eggs come from the Agriturismo “Il Colle”, also located in Bellagio, while the fish comes from Lake Como. During the fishing closure periods, we carefully select fishermen from other lakes or farms to guarantee you the same quality.
