Our idea of cooking is based on typical dishes from Valtellina, Lombardy and the lake. Traditional dishes, tasty and prepared with healthy ingredients such as Sciatt, Taroz, Pizzoccheri, Gnocchetti chiavennaschi, Trippa in Mido, Polenta and Brasato, Polenta with ossobuco or with snails and the characteristic Zigeuiner.
In addition to meat dishes, also typical lake dishes, such as risotto with perch, Lavarello, Carpione di lago and Missultin.
All accompanied by salads and vegetables always fresh, using strictly local products.
We have two internal ovens and we take care of baking our own bread, as well as excellent focaccias and pizzas, also with wholemeal dough.
